It is now almost the Fourth of July! The events have already started. This article has all of my Top Free Fourth of July Events in and around Jersey that I have attended before. It will tell you about my experiences as well as event details for the events for this year. Riverton was another place we loved visiting last year. The world has also been a little scary lately. I stopped watching the Star Wars movies the other day since they seemed a little too close to real life. Some people may prefer celebrating the Fourth of July at home. These are my Best Ideas for Celebrating the Fourth of July at home.
Summer is now in full swing and it seems like this summer will be extra hot. Be sure to Beat the Heat at the Fountain of Freedom. It is one of our favorite places to go when the temperatures start to climb. Another way to stay cool is by staying indoors. There will be indoor Mansion tours at Kuser Farm Park throughout the summer.
This summer there will be lots of free outdoor concerts. We saw The Beat Tells Kick off the Maple Shade Concert in the Park Series. This was a great event and there are more upcoming concerts listed in my article.
We were a little late in planting this year but we finished planting everything in our garden. I made a list of the Best Places to Buy Plants in Burlington County. These are places we have visited in the past five years to buy plants for our front garden as well as our vegetable garden in the back. So far we have already gotten some lettuce, herbs and Tiny Tim tomatoes to eat!
Did you know that Walt Whitman spent some time in South Jersey? We recently had a lot of fun at WaltFest & Laurel Springs Day.
